At Birds Nest Salon our goal is to bring joy and make people feel their best.
Sasha Garber is a Topanga local and is the owner of the Birds Nest. She specializes in textured & lived in haircuts for all genders. She has trained under celebrity stylist, Kristen Shaw.

Lauren Bensley has been doing hair for 21 years and specializes in highlighting and balayage. She loves how a good hair transformation is uplifting and brings out our best self.

Jae Narvaez has over 20 year experience, training under master stylist Daemon Footer and finishing at the top of her class at The Carlton Hair and Color Academy acquiring fundamental skills of cutting, styling, and coloring. Focusing on accomplishing clients goals while maintaining hair integrity. Jae loves everything hair, nature, travel and spirituality.
All three stylists met in a salon in 2015 and have been very close ever since. They all happened to grow up in Los Angeles, just a few miles away from each other.

Ensuring the Best Experience

At Birds Nest Salon, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hair Salon. Scheduling An Appointment
Out of consideration for our salon professionals, Birds Nest does require 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of a service.
Redo and Adjustment Policy
We know that your hair is important to you, and we want you to be happy from the moment you step inside our salon until the moment you leave. As professionals, we strive to communicate how important it is to take the most realistic and healthy approach to achieving your beauty goals! If you are not happy with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave Birds Nest feeling amazing! After all, we are trying to build a long-lasting relationship with you and be your trusted salon for life!
Birds Nest does not issue refunds on services.
No color service is guaranteed if you have box color present in your hair.
Color Correction services are not eligible for a Redo or Adjustment.
If you are unsatisfied with the requested outcome of service, we are happy to make adjustments to fix what was in line with the original consultation within 14 days of your service.
Adjustments are scheduled with your original stylist.
Adjustments are free of charge, to fix only what is wrong, it does not include a full service or a different service.
Redo is void if you try to fix yourself or have the service fixed by another salon.
Health Issues
We ask that you advise us of any illness, injury, or changes to your health status prior to any treatments, to ensure your needs can be met and to be sure our treatments do not in any way interfere with any medical issues you may have.
Right to Refuse Service
A positive environment at Birds Nest Salon is our top priority. While we would like to accommodate all clients, we will not tolerate rude, or disrespectful behavior from our clients to any staff member or fellow clients. Clients behaving negatively or rudely will be asked to leave and not return.
